“We had Andre help us 7 years ago in an emergency when our water heater broke. He did not make us wait and had a new heater installed the same day. We called him recently and his excellent team came in less than 24 hours and helped us diagnose a problem, which happened to be with the main water line. Unfortunately for Andre, we have a protection agreement which would not cover the repair if we used a contractor outside of the agreement, so financially it did not make sense for us to pursue his services. He was completely professional and extremely helpful and honest even after he became aware we could not use him for the repair. He actually helped research a few things for us with respect to the service agreement. His team is knowledgable, helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely circle back to him if the need arises in the future.“
