“Had major issues with my hot water heater, and was dealing w cold showers, etc. I called the “other guys”. The” other guys” charged me $225 just to swing over and look at it, and then said it was shot. The “other guys” told me I needed to pay $5,000 for a new system. I wasn’t too happy.

I then heard about extra time from a friend, and left a message that I was hoping to get a second opinion. They called me back within 20 minutes, and offered to show up the next day. They fixed the situation that same day for about $700.

“The outcome was great. Took too long for outcome to happen. Was not in his control. It was a warranty issue and paperwork was submitted immediately. Took 35 days in the dead of winter to finally get furnaces replaced and running.
Mike was as frustrated as we were. The work Mike did amazing work and once he had everything inline he did it in a timely fashion around Mother Nature. I would recommend diamond mechanical again.
