The tech, A. Gauthier, was attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. He asked a lot of questions about past issues, and gave a few different ways to fix the problem. Highly recommend.
Annual service of 2 residential AC units. The Brookside tech, Johnny Mackenzie, was knowledgeable and professional. He made several good recommendations and provided insight into air quality issues and remedies. We will definitely use Brookside again!
Very reliable service. The technician was very nice and he was able to identify that a capacitor was blown and he replaced it for us. He also went out of the way and inspected our attic to point out another problem unrelated to our HVAC.
