we had a new mitsubishi HVAC system [air conditioning and heat] installed in our 40 year old home in March 2023. from beginning to end, our experience could not have been better! our initial contact was Steve, who was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything to us, and answered our many, many questions. After soliciting 3 quotes for our new HVAC system, we chose Custom Climates HVAC for the installation at our home. The whole process from the initial site visit, to the actual installation, to the completion of the manfacturers product registration forms, all were completed in a very timely professional manner. The team installed 5 mini splits and two compressors under schedule and in record heat. They did not take any short cuts, were extremely professional, thorough, very clean, and most importantly— did a fantastic job. It was worth every penny to use this company. We had 5 quotes and while this was a tad more expensive than the rest this team seemed to have the most expertise. The sales team, project manager, and installers were very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!
