“Three years ago Patriot Heating & Cooling replaced our 15 year old HVAC unit with a Trane system. This past week the system failed to produce heat, and we contacted Patriot for service. It was a very busy week with single digit temperatures, but Patriot managed to get a technician to our home in two days. An expensive replacement part was thankfully fully covered through a 5 year Trane warranty, however an out-of-state shipment of that part delayed a fix by another day. On Friday morning the new circulating pump was installed and the heat came back on. Unfortunately, 24 hours later the system failed again. It was a Saturday, and like all other service businesses, Patriot's office was closed. I left an emergency message on Patriot's phone system, and within 15 minutes I received a return call. The standby service technician was hours away, so the service coordinator immediately contacted the owner of the company, who minutes later called me directly. He took it upon himself to fulfill the service call himself, and within the hour he arrived at my home. Art told me he started the company 40 years ago, and for 27 of those years he personally placed himself "on standby" for emergency repairs. He refused to let my situation without heat wait until Monday when businesses were again open. He discovered that a board on the control panel was damaged, perhaps due to a power surge. Again, the board was fully covered by a 5 year warranty, but the distributor who might have the part was closed. Art made a dozen calls to change that. Being a "Diamond Rated Dealer" brought attention to his request for immediate action. The distributor's warehouse was opened, the needed part was retrieved, and delivered for Art to complete the repair himself. I don't believe many heating and cooling companies would have been able to do that on a Saturday. The staff at Patriot Heating & Cooling have always been professional, fair and caring - which sets them apart from their competition. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!“
“Scott was very quick to respond when our heating system fan motor just stopped working in the middle of winter. He had Mike come and look at it same day, installed shortly afterwards. Scott gaves us a such a great deal! Mike was friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend S&E Cataldi for your heating and/or A/C needs!“

“Mike performed a duct cleaning and did an excellent job plus some.Due to medical issues, I was concerned about any duct dirt getting into the house; he was conscientious of preventing any escape of the duct dust and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable staying in the house while the ducts were cleaned.While cleaning the ducts, he looked around, took photos of the areas (ie:attic) so we could see what he saw, and went out of his way to share suggestions on how to keep out contaminates.On the way out, they cleaned their way to the front door leaving no trace they were even here (except for the clean ducts).He really cares about what he is doing and helping people keep their homes healthy to live in as evidenced by his willingness to share his expertise so freely. Highly recommend.“

“I called Jeff Daigle Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling first thing this morning after we woke up to water on our basement floor. We noticed that the hot water heater was leaking. Our house is new construction and the hot water heater itself had essentially busted a seam (according to the inspection of amazing plumber, Noah)!Jeff Daigle's office manager, Christine, had everything on file from the initial install of our hot water heater and not only checked to make sure the warranty was still valid, she also quickly got to work to locate a new hot water heater for us and let me know they would be here this afternoon to replace it.I can't thank Jeff Daigle Plumbing & Heating enough for their prompt response. We are about to welcome our second baby (any day now) and the thought of not having hot water with a toddler and a newborn was less than ideal. “Since this review, I discovered that my water heater stop working just after heritage was out there. (BTW they charge 289 for an "assessment" and found nothing wrong but in the end i have a hole in my ceiling with nothing fixed). I had heritage come out again to evaluate the water heater and asked if i had to pay 289 AGAIN and they said yes. Then they said that since my water heater was so old, (2010 the unit was built and i bought in 2017) that i should just replace it. I agreed, wouldnt pay ANOTHER 289 for their assessment and asked for a quote. He gave me a quote for 3000 and if i bought the heater myself that would be less BUT said that if i go to Home depot the water heaters are not reliable so didnt recommend it. I passed - OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced work. If a water heater costs 500 and you are billing me for 3k with 3 hours of labor...thats financial fraud. And after i got three other quotes, the final company i used said they tell people on their staff to quote as high as you can because in desperate situations...basically people will pay. I will not use them again but found a great company because of this.“
