I own a small dental office in Windham, NH, and our heat went out yesterday. We initially had another local company come to look at the unit because they had serviced it in the past. They diagnosed the problem but couldn’t get the part in a timely matter. A.J. LeBlanc literally saved the day. It is very important to me to have a comfortable environment for patients and A.J. LeBlanc was understanding of the situation. They went above and beyond for us and not only found the part but came to replace it the same day. We just called the day before Thanksgiving about not having any heat (upstairs only) and AJ LeBlanc took us on as a new customer, had a last minute cancellation, so our service was done the same day! The technician was quite knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and I was highly impressed they arrived at precisely the time they had promised ... and ... we don't have to freeze over the holiday weekend! Needless to say, AJ LeBlanc will become our long-standing heating company from now on. Would highly recommend ... Two Thumbs Up!Diane M
