Russ runs what we need these days. Honest company with solid people. He stands by his work. He had to do my furnace and my central air split back in 2017. His crew did an awesome job and we have kept our oil with him since. Reliable and dependable.

He recently had to find a solution for my central air crapping out in the middle of this heat dome (I hate animals, fried the system). Others would have taken me to town, not Russ. “The outcome was great. Took too long for outcome to happen. Was not in his control. It was a warranty issue and paperwork was submitted immediately. Took 35 days in the dead of winter to finally get furnaces replaced and running.
Mike was as frustrated as we were. The work Mike did amazing work and once he had everything inline he did it in a timely fashion around Mother Nature. I would recommend diamond mechanical again. He is only one person operation but worth working with. My only issue I had at all was communication during that 35 day period.“
