“The company was very easy to communicate with by email and phone. Prompt responses are hard to come by today. Coastal Mechanical completed the Costway Mini Split 18000 BTU unit I purchased, removed from the boxes and set in place where I wanted them inside and out. 220 Power was in that location so they could install the disconnect that was needed. The tech Abram was on time for a 730 start as scheduled. He was complete before1pm. Abram did a very neat and professional install. Abram even complimented our mini split purchase even though they did not supply it. I would highly recommend them for any mini split or heating project.“
