We called Epping Well & Pump at the recommendation of a plumber for an issue with our well pump. From the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone to the two gentlemen who came out to fix our problem the same day, the level of professionalism and transparency was a breath of fresh air. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and kept us updated every step of the way. I regret not getting the name of the gentleman who took the lead on the repair because he deserves special kudos - as a woman, it is obnoxious the number of times a repairman or contractor will suddenly pretend like I don’t exist as soon as my husband makes an appearance (despite my husband even telling them I’m the one they should be speaking with). That was absolutely not the case this time. This gentleman treated me with respect the entire time he was here including when my husband came home and joined the conversation. It feels like a low bar, but it makes all the difference to me. While I hope I never have to call Epping Well & Pump again (because who hopes that they will have an issue with their water?) I will not hesitate to do so when the time comes and will recommend them to anyone in need of well services.

Epping & Exeter Septic service once again has gone above and beyond in the professionalism and customer service departments! We had Epping & Exeter Septic install a new septic system for us in Hampton Falls NH in 2018. We were so thrilled with their expertise and the design of the septic we recommended them to 2 of our neighbors. The company therefore has a great reputation for design, install and on time service in our area. And today, I can add another huge "job well done" review! I called today to schedule a service of our septic. The office point of contact was kind, polite AND informed me that we were 6 months ahead of schedule. She reviewed our records and instead of taking the money and scheduling us for an early service appointment she reviewed our information in their system, our install and service history, asked questions to ensure we had no concerns and at the end of the conversation, she encouraged us to consider waiting for service and stay on our established service schedule as we didn't require service this soon. WOW! What an excellent level of CUSTOMER FIRST service! So many companies have gone the "money! money! money! first" route. NOT Epping and Exeter Septic! They put you first and for this I say, JOB WELL DONE to the office staff. 5 star review from very happy customers of the install AND the long term care of the system!

We truly can’t say enough good things about our experience with Scott. From the very first interaction through the final walk through. Scott followed through on everything, was prompt, fair, communicative, respectful, easygoing and most of all an all around good human being. He kept us informed every step of the way.We received six different quotes before choosing to go with SPC. His quote was also the most thorough and detailed. Our project included new windows, new roof, and new vinyl siding. It honestly looks like a new home and after seven years of living here we finallyfeel “home” thank you Scott!

Steve and his team are fantastic. I had a wood stove and chimney installed incorrectly, that was causing me problems. Steve identified the issues, and made alterations that greatly improved the performance of my wood stove. He also did a great job sweeping my chimney. I will be using him moving forward for all my sweeps. 5 stars.

I always love my time at KO Beauty Bar. It is a time to get pampered with a great cut, awesome scalp massage by Kayla, as well as great conversations. As a fellow entrepreneur, Kayla has been a great ear to both listen and provide insight as well. The atmosphere is clean, bright and always comfortable. If you are looking for "clean" hair care products they have a wide range as well. I highly recommend Kayla and her associate if you are looking for a great cut and more. As a naturally curly girl, Kayla's dry cut for me is tailored to my curl type, and I always get compliments.
Two summers ago MD Weaver was on site to mitigate the active Carpenter bees that were discovered when we opened up a knee wall for some HVAC renovation. They came out, provided a same-day solution and I paid on the spot because of this convenience, plus I thought it was a reasonable cost for the solution we needed. I would call them again for service and it just so happens they came out yesterday to assess a rodent dilemma of ours. I am confident they can resolve this issue also. I am the kind of DIY guy that tries to fix problems without calling in the professional$. But, as Dirty Harry infamously said, "A man has got to know his limitations." Hence, I outreached to MD Weaver.

Highly recommend this professional and friendly local company! We had a great experience from the initial estimate through the day of the roof replacement and beyond. The communication was great throughout and they were very conscientious about the clean up ensuring that there was no debris left at all. I really can't recommend them highly enough- what a smooth process!
Bad winter storm on 1/20/23 brought a tree down onto our house. Our vinyl siding was shredded up, some damage to an outer door. Our insurance company recommended a few different construction outfits to choose from. After the first one gave us the run around ( based out of MA) we declined to do business with them. You don't want to trust a $7k repair job to just any company. We asked the insurance company for at least 3 more companies to choose from, and did our due diligence for research. Not only did I check customer reviews, Better Business Bureau, I looked up what former and current employees had to say about working for CSNH. Glowing reviews. We liked that they were based locally in New Hampshire, the phone was consistently answered by the same professional person, and the owner, Denis, met us at our home the SAME day we called. An estimate was drawn up, date for repairs chosen, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Excellent and I would definitely do business with them again. If you choose CSNH, you can rest assured your repairs are in very good hands. I can't thank them enough.

They cleaned up every day before they left and you would have no idea that they had even been there working all day!They did such a great job on my home that I referred them to my parents for some work that they needed done. Highly recommend and refer them any chance I can get!
Great place to stop by for a trim.Everyone who works there has always treated me very well. Occasionally it's difficult to get an appointment and sometimes it can be a little busy. Definitely make an appointment in advance because more often than not you won't be able to do a walk-in.
I can’t say enough great things about crystal. I’ve had crystal coloring and cutting my hair for about a year now after not being able to achieve the blonde I’ve wanted through many years of other stylists. Crystal has been able to get my hair the platinum blonde I’ve always longed for and she has always made sure to put the health and integrity of my hair first. She is always super sweet, welcoming and great to talk to. I not only love her as an amazing stylist but she also makes you feel extremely comfortable and confident in her work. If your looking for an amazingly professional stylist that dose top tier work I’d 100% recommend Crystal every time.

I’ve been to many local nail salons, this one is by far the best. I love everything about it, great communication, easy to book, plenty of staff, they are open most days, and they do great work. They haven’t torn up my fingers with the drill, they take the time to take off the nails properly and on top of all that they are very pleasant.
