Matt was personable, respectful of my home, and incredibly knowledgeable about my specific oil burner and boiler setup. He performed a complete cleaning, including replacing the nozzle and filter, cleaning and vacuuming the boiler, and thoroughly testing the system. Most importantly, he clearly understood how to optimize the equipment rather than simply going through the motions.
What impressed me most was Matt's expertise. He found that the system had gone two years without a tune-up, carefully evaluated its condition, and achieved an impressive 88% efficiency while recognizing that no further adjustments were needed because the system was already running optimally. That level of knowledge and professionalism is what sets great technicians apart.
