He recently had to find a solution for my central air crapping out in the middle of this heat dome (I hate animals, fried the system). Others would have taken me to town, not Russ. He presented me multiple options with pros and cons. The guy is honest to the T and his whole company runs that way. I appreciate what a rarity Russ and Nibroc are in our world now.
