I had been experiencing numerous absolutely frustrating attempts trying to contact a local plumbing contractor to fix various problems without the courtesy of return calls, nor follow up. When I called Dan Dunn's Office I received a return call that day and service the next day. Their plumbers were courteous, efficient and competently fixed the issues I had at a very fair, and reasonable charge. I had to call Dan's office again yesterday regarding a leakage problem I discovered in one of our bathrooms. One of their guys came this morning, found the cause of the problem and permanently fixed it, and was done within an hour. He was a very nice guy, respectful of our home and very competent. “Exceptional service top qualityAbove and beyondFast reliable and they do not cut corners.These guys did two weeks worth of work in 3 days time they came (they stay they get the job done and don’t run home at 5) to me when I had no heat in the middle of a cold snap when most other Hvac guys don’t call you back these guys answer the phone.They showed up same day within hours.They could have fixed my boiler but it was old out of date and not efficient.I couldn’t believe these guys gutted all my plumbing during that cold snap and replaced and brought the entire utility room up to date with modern equipment boiler and on demand water heater all in one.The plumbing is art work and these guys even painted the natural gas pipe (nobody else would do that)Your home is your investment so invest in a good work they priced all the work at an very reasonable price for the quality of the work.The work easily doubled its cost in home equity.Highly recommend this company.They also do mini splits central a/c and spray foam insulation. “Clint at Olson Heating and Cooling was excellent. I had an issue with my hot water system producing lukewarm water, so I called Clint (I was referred by my father who also had a great experience) and explained the issue to him on the phone. He managed to fit me in the same day. He was very professional, respectfully wore a mask the whole time and offered up front to use basement access, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He got right to work, replaced a corroded valve, drained the system, checked my pumps (and found a blown fuse on one) and tested the functionality of the entire heat and hot water system before leaving. He was friendly and professional throughout, and his price was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling him again when my next issue arises and would absolutely refer him to family and friends.“

“If you live in New England, you know nothing is more critical than your furnace. And when it goes, you quickly find out if you have the right service provider and partner. I knew my System 2000 was on its way out for the past few years. This years' service indicated a leak requiring it to be shut down for fear of carbon monoxide. Being late October with temperatures dropping rapidly, no heat, no hot water and service providers booking out weeks into the future, I was between a rock and a hard place. Fortunately, we've been loyal clients of Atlantic Fuels for decades, and about to find another reason why! Nick, our technician, quickly reported back to Ashton my situation and sizing requirements that day. I spoke with Ashton shortly thereafter and my new BOSCH Buderus with Riello burner was ordered the very next day. Nick, Ashton and Julie reworked their schedule to fit in my emergency replacement. Three days later I was up and running with the best furnace and burner on the market, and an impeccable installation. They even upgraded the heating oil supply line to provide the new unit with the correct flow rate. Julie kept me updated throughout the entire process of appointments and progress. My experience over all these years with Atlantic Fuels has been nothing less than 5 Star. You'd be a fool to trust the most critical system in your home to anyone else!“

“Today, Sunday, in the middle of a snow storm, NIBROC came out to fix my furnace.I woke up to furnace not working. It's nerve racking because I'm thinking I won't be able to get a hold of anyone today at 7am! NIBROC owner, Russ helped do some troubleshooting first. When nothing worked,they came out right away and fixed the problem!!! Thank you! They have always been so reliable!“
