We had a brand new unit put in, by the first season it didn’t work. I had calls and texts ignored. Months later they finally came out to look at it, and here we are next season and my AC is still not functional. They stated that their people don’t really come up to the South Berwick area anymore and to find someone else.I thought it may be they just didn’t want to deal with a female, but seeing the reviews from males here, I guess that’s just how they roll.Take money for installation and the customers just need to hope stuff works because you’re on your own after that.Horrible company!!Services: A/C system maintenance

Absolutely Awful - Do not waste your time. Two issues: 1) They came out to install a new duct. I informed them that the new duct didn't supply the air to room. They never came back or attempted to troubleshoot. All they did was ignore me. Okay, maybe they were busy - I like to give people a chance. I called them back to install a New AC unit to the furnace. Additionally, I asked if they would look at the duct work to ensure I get the needed airflow. This company has ignored emails, phone calls, text massages, and approved digital quotes for two months. Paul responded really quick. Came and evaluated the job the next day, gave me an estimate, and told me when he can do the job. His employee was punctual, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Very happy with the company as a whole. Would call Idea Temp HVAC again if needed. Very pleased with their work.Danville NH
