This is our first go around with a geothermal heating set up so I requested a service and a tutorial about my system. Derek was the service provider... he could not have been more knowledgeable or personable... he spent a good deal of time with me, explaining the system... the filters... the settings and was able to provide me with valuable information. PARKER knows his stuff! He’s a really good guy eager to help you get done what is best for your specific situation. He and his team came out to the house and spent quality time really looking things over and being thorough about measurements and plans. He had in mind the cost versus space and work balance and turned around a plan of action in no time. We aren’t quite ready to commit yet, but he left a great taste in our mouths for when we are ready to take another bite at heating and cooling our 100+ year old place!
