“Today, Sunday, in the middle of a snow storm, NIBROC came out to fix my furnace.I woke up to furnace not working. It's nerve racking because I'm thinking I won't be able to get a hold of anyone today at 7am! NIBROC owner, Russ helped do some troubleshooting first. When nothing worked,they came out right away and fixed the problem!!! Thank you! They have always been so reliable!“

Received a message from our normal supplier that they would not be able to provide our scheduled fill due to 'billing issues with their supplier' (not a good sign for that company...), and we were almost on empty.
