“On a Sunday morning, I went to my basement and found water . Called Mr. Rooter because they do emergency repairs. Technician scheduled showed up early. After assessing the situation, he told me what he thought was wrong and what he would do. He also told me of the possibility of several different outcomes and what to expect with each. He then proceeded and it was the easiest to fix problem. He cleaned up and was actually gone prior to the original arrival time. Izzy was his name and he was very informative.“
