Our experience with Omaha Drain has been outstanding. Every single person from the initial tech that found our issue, to Aaron who explained our very extensive sewer and pipe issue, to the evacuation crew lead by Isaiah and Marzee, have been amazing.The communication and professionalism has been more than we ever expected. Our issue was not an inexpensive job, and to say we were nervous would be an understatement. Scheduled an appt online and Steve S. came out the next day for a drain cleaning. We’re lucky to have this guy making the rounds in Omaha. He quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue and gave me pointers for any future backups. Thank you Steve!
