We had a drain issue that was flooding our basement and laundry area via floor drain/utility sink, when running the washing machine. From the beginning to end, my experience was wonderful.
Calling to schedule was super easy, and though I cannot recall her name at this moment (sorry!!) - the gal who answered and scheduled our service, was nothing short of understanding, kind and responsive to our needs. She was able to get us scheduled within a couple days, which we greatly appreciated. Never fun getting behind on laundry or cleaning up a water mess.

Called HomeSetv this morning, Thomas N from A Raymond arrived shortly after. He was extremely polite & professional. Told us everything that he was doing & explained some things we could do to keep the pipes clear. Guaranteed he would have it fixed before leaving & he followed thru!! Thomas & A Raymond get 5 stars again!!
