Calling to schedule was super easy, and though I cannot recall her name at this moment (sorry!!) - the gal who answered and scheduled our service, was nothing short of understanding, kind and responsive to our needs. She was able to get us scheduled within a couple days, which we greatly appreciated. Never fun getting behind on laundry or cleaning up a water mess.

“There aren't enough stars for the work he did. We had a problem and had TWO plumbers before I got in touch with Josh. I was told that it was likely a pipe collapse (old house) and it would require DIGGING UP THE PIPE AND REPLACING.

When I talked to Josh, and told him where the house was, he immediately told me that wasn't the case. His knowledge of Council Bluffs was superior. He went to the house the following morning and found the issue and fixed it. It was just clogged.

Also, he uses a camera and sent me the video. I would suggest that BEFORE you buy any houses, that you have him come out and give you that image. You'll know before an issue arises if it is the line or not. Now, I have the ability to know what the pipe looks like and the shape it is in.
