“Cory from Roto-Rooter was top notch! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The other technician I’ve worked with previously was also great. I would highly recommend Roto for your plumbing needs.”
“Recently we had Bellevue Emergency Local Plumbing Llc install a new water heater, and this morning we also had a water softener system put in. We are very pleased with both plumbing jobs. The technicians were courteous, on time, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the whole process. They finished the work quickly, explained each step clearly, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The work area was left clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. Pricing was reasonable, and they also took the time to show us how to monitor, use, and maintain the new equipment. It was a smooth and professional experience from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend them for water heater service, water softener installation, and other plumbing needs.”
“I was in need of a minor water pipe repair and called about 4:00 Tuesday afternoon. I had to leave a message and Monte called back just a couple minutes after 8 the following morning. After describing the issue and where I was, he fit me in with just enough time before another already scheduled call he had that day. Monte was friendly, fast and had the repair done for a reasonable amount.”
