I made a same day appointment with Roto Rooter and had a great experience. I was able to pick a time frame that worked best for me and the process was very user friendly. My technician Justin was excellent. He was very personable and answered all my questions and fixed my problem very efficiently. He made the whole process very easy for me!

Justin was a big help with our issue. We had a slow drain in our shower and he fixed it in a timely matter for us. He even showed us some preventive measures we can take to help us in the future. He was very nice and respective with his noise as my wife works from home.

Paul did an excellent job of fixing my kitchen pipes and installing an RO system! He explained everything very well. He had also installed my water heater a month ago and I'm very happy with that too!
