The company added a free extra remote thermostat and resolved the problem immediately. The professionalism and the manner in which *******************, directed employees and work with us, I would think you would not find within many companies. My real problem was that all my calls went unanswered until I posted on the BBB website.The Sales manager solve the problem to the point we also contacted with the company for a maintenance service agreement with the company for an additional service.“

He had the part on his truck & made the repair. When finished, Howie called again & reported that all units are now serviced & working properly. We concluded all paperwork & payment via email on the phone.I have worked with Howie before & I always find him friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & very capable. “I had heard a neighbor praise Fleming Heating and Air Conditioning who had repaired her HVAC when the previous person tried to tell her that he whole system needed replacement. So I got Fleming's number from her when my HVAC outdoor would not start.I called Paul at 5PM on a Wednesday and he said he had a big job on Thursday, so he scheduled me for 1-2PM on Friday. He would work me in if he could on Thursday.He showed up at 1:15PM on Friday and diagnosed and repaired a bad capacitor on the outside unit in 1.5 hours.He was very friendly and through. “On the proposal, I was given a price for the parts, labor, etc. Was told to put down 50% of the total price ($1265) before part would be ordered. I paid 50%. After completion of job, the guy added $44 extra dollars for taxes and $380 for coolant (to the second 50%) even though they knew very little coolant was in my system from the first guy coming out to access my AC. (Paid $170 for that guy). The second guy did call his boss after completing the job, and they said not to add the $380. I feel like a proposal should include the entire price. Not just part of the price. I still feel like taxes should had been included in the proposal too. When you get a proposal, I thought it was the entire price. I guess I was wrong. Overall, very polite and nice staff. The ladies on the phone who make appointments and answer questions are great!! ?Service: HVAC system repair“
