Had them install my unit in 2022. Had an accident doing yard work & called to seek advice on what to do until someone could come out to service it. It's suppose to rain, & there were wires exposed. I called at 5, customer service stated someone would call me back. An hour later at 6, I called again, looking for an eta. Nothing. Customer Service said it could take a while. Called again at 8, couldn't get through. Called again at 9:00. Customer Service stated I SHOULD have at least received a update on when to expect them. Still no update. Knowing it's the weekend on Labor day, I wasn't expecting to be seen, BUT was expecting a call back at the VERY LEAST! I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere since I'm not worth 5mins of their time.

Reviews
Spencer took care of our system maintenance and demonstrated a broad knowledge of our system, along with a professional attitude and pleasant demeanor. We enjoyed having him work with us and are confident of his ability.
Anderson Air has been excellent from the start! They have serviced our HVAC for several seasons, and have done a great job of keeping things running smoothly and communicating everything clearly about our system. Spencer just completed our most recent assessment and not only was he on time, professional, and pleasant to work with, but he also got along with our two dogs Darla and Calvin.
(who were top notch assistants on the job!?)
