Fan on unit quit working on a Saturday. Called Odyssey and one of their service guys, Matt, came out within the hour to inspect and address the issue. He is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Highly recommend!
Chris and Lou were incredible throughout the process. Our office had a broken water heater in a hard to reach location, and after receiving higher quotes from other companies, we called Odyssey. They explained the situation to us clearly and recommended a tankless heater for our needs, which ended up being cheaper. They came out VERY fast each time and were always super friendly and informative. We had an issue after installation (around 5:00pm) and they were at our office by 8am the next day. They fixed the problem, explained what happened, and told us how to fix it if it happened again. Highly recommend this company.
