Timely, professional and knowledgeable installation of our KitchenAid refrigerator exchange. Sherry and John prepped us well, arrived when promised, carefully and efficiently swapped our fridge and gave us all of the information we needed to set up properly. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Cape Fear Appliance Service!

I called Monday needing assistance and they set a date and time. Mr. Lorek showed up on time. He was professional, explained what he was doing and completed the repairs with ease. I would highly recommend Cape Fear Appliance Service.

Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I was told how to check my dryer first and found out I only needed a part that was 1/3 the price! Thanks, this is my first stop for any appliance repair parts I need.
