Requested service support for a malfunctioning AC unit and got a service appointment for the next day. Keith arrived today on time, identified and corrected the problem on the faulty unit. Serviced the other units as well. Keith was courteous and efficient and I highly recommend him and this company for HVAC work.
Great experience with Happy Customer AC. They were referred by friends who had good experience with them as well. Called at 9am when we noticed our AC was not keeping up, they had a tech out by 11, and the issue fixed before 12. Communication with ETAs was great, and the technician Jason did a great job explaining the issue and the fix. I am very satisfied with the experience as a whole, as well as the price for the work. 10/10 will be calling them for any issues in the future.
very professional and courteous Lee was wonderful. He was here on time. Started working on the compressor. Made sure everything was working at 100% . Pinpointed the problem right off.
