I am a 70-year-old widow, who just moved to a new home. Happy Customer Air Conditioning & Heating Service was recommended to me. I called Mr. Lee, the owner of the company. He came on time and spent about 2 hours on the inspection of all of our AC units. He did not know how to use the Carrier Infinity thermostat and asked me to "get away from it." The other thermostat was detached from the wall during furniture moving. He did not know how to fix it. The bill for that day was $238 (nothing was ultimately fixed). The next day he came with another guy to "clean the vents" and told me that the bill would be $950. He came with Clorox wipes and wiped the vent on the ceiling on the inside and outside. He did not find mold or mildew. The vent on the ceiling was in shambles after his service but he was determined to destroy the other six too for no reason. He was very angry when I asked him why we were doing this "cleaning" when I needed my thermostats fixed. He got very, very angry when I asked him those questions "because it looks like I did not trust his professional opinion". Horrible service.

Happy Customer installed a new unit for our upper level several years ago. As part of the plan, the uneven air flow was addressed and the result has been comfort and reliability ever since. It's time for Spring maintenance and I'm "happy" to post a great review.
