One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
“The repair person came while I was at a doctor's appointment. My sister-in-law was at house just incase they needed in the house. One of the other repair person came the day before and check out my hvac unit. He said nothing was wrong with the hvac unit and charged me $140 dollars. He went under the house and said I had duct work problems. I am a big person and cannot fit under the house. He said that they could come out and fix it tomorrow and it would take awhile to repair and cost $1400 dollars. The repair people that came out today was here for around 2 hours and charged over $1500 dollars. They said everything was fixed. The reason I called them is that the house gets up to the 80s degrees in the house with the thermostat set on 75 degrees during middle of day. We'll it is suppose to be fixed but the house got up to 81 degrees with the thermostat still sat on 75 degrees today. Question if it is really fixed!!! Maybe should have got a second opinion. I original gave them three stars do to the above issues but I changed it to 5 stars because the manager did follow up with the issues and made everything rights.”
