Called for service on older Amana PTAC unit. They responded quickly, sent tech (Dale) next day. Dale arrived as scheduled, friendly, knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed problem, had needed capacitor on truck, unit working like new again. Price for part and labor was more than reasonable. Dale knows his technical stuff but he’s also a great representative for his company. 100% satisfied.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Hands down best HVAC company in Wilmington! We had to get a completely new unit. They were fast, helpful, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Plus, the price felt very fair. Other companies quoted us way more and didn't take the time to get to know our situation the way Chris did. We'll only use this company from now on!

My husband and I are incredibly impressed with the service and professionalism we received from our team from Kenny Fowler. Chris, who conducted measurements, assessed repair/replace etc, kept in consistent communication while our unit was being ordered, shipped and scheduled installation. He even follows up to make sure your comfort level is beyond adequate once everything is installed and completed. The removal of the old unit and installation of new was by two people- Jay and Jamie. These guys are swift, efficient, polite, professional and completed the installation HOURS before expected!!!
