Will was on time. Our AC system was working fine. He was not able to duplicate the problem. He advised on what could cause the problem and asked us to call if it happened again. He'd tells what to look for and he would be back.

Powells always delivers perfect results for both HVAC and plumbing. They have the most professional and polite technicians in the business. They are experts at diagnosing the real problem and do not randomly replace parts as some other service companies do.

Long story short - Lonnie had a doozy on his hands with this one..we had a renovation done. Mini split system heats and cools 2 new rooms. Hasn’t worked well since installation.
Lonnie was my main contact/tech with this. He was always detailed, let me know what was happening and even though it took quite sometime to get it all worked out, he and Powells communicated well. He eventually found that during construction several months back, a line got kinked behind the drywall. It was repaired today and everything is back to normal. Some time and energy eventually saved everyone a bunch of money and the problem is fixed
