Long story short - Lonnie had a doozy on his hands with this one..we had a renovation done. Mini split system heats and cools 2 new rooms. Hasn’t worked well since installation.
Lonnie was my main contact/tech with this. He was always detailed, let me know what was happening and even though it took quite sometime to get it all worked out, he and Powells communicated well. He eventually found that during construction several months back, a line got kinked behind the drywall. It was repaired today and everything is back to normal. Some time and energy eventually saved everyone a bunch of money and the problem is fixed

Powell's was able to come out and look at our broken AC unit within just a few hours. The technician was able to diagnose and fix it quickly. Powell's has always provided us with excellent service and value.
We signed up for the Blue Duck Membership and had a system check scheduled within a few days. Finn was very thorough inspecting both units inside the attics and the compressors outside. He was able to educate us about our thermostat and unclogged a small blockage in one of the lines. We were very happy with the service. Finn was professional, courteous and he spent a lot of time on the job. He was not racing on to the next job.
