“We had a great first experience with O'Brien Service Company. We called for a commercial AC inop issue on a used Bard unit we had purchased and installed ourselves. Where most companies wanted nothing to do with this type of service call, O'Brien was on location less than a few business hours and the technician was friendly and fully confident in working on our system. “I had my AC scheduled for maintenance, The cost for that, after 9 years of no maintenance was very reasonable, and the AC tech., Brandon-a great guy explained everything very well. Following that I had a problem with my thermostat. They came back, after hours, and Brandon worked about two additional hours, they replaced two thermostats that were corroded and did so at NO CHARGE. I've never had service like this before. A great company and great people work for them. I highly recommend them“
