Mitchell and Guage did an excellent job in replacing the duct work to our furnaces. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and expert. You are fortunate to have such good employees. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs similar work.We continue to enjoy working with O'Brien Service Company. However, these two men were among the very best we have worked with. Hands down, O'Briens is "THE" premier HVAC establishment in the Cape Fear region. From start to finish of replacing an aging HVAC system, I felt part of the O'Brien Family and was treated as such. From start to finish I could not be more happy with my experience. It speaks volumes when everyone during the process that showed up had at least 10 years at O'Briens. I would highly recommend any service call, turnkey replacement or new system upgrade. They have talent and my trust as a premiere HVAC company.

We have used O'brien for approximately 8 years for annual maintenance and issues that arise. This past summer we had our units replaced with brand new Trane units and had such an awesome experience. I have to give credit to our sales rep Matt Childress, our install manager Kyle, and install tech Mike with his crew. This company is top notch and has been there for us through any questions and concerns! I can't recommend them enough. Thanks!
