I’ve used Bain as my oil delivery service for many years. I needed some troubleshooting on my Trane heat/ a/c unit. They fixed the blown fuse and before the technician left he expressed his concern on the way the fan was blowing. He said it should not be running that slow. He checked it out, and turns out the condenser unit was in need of replacing. He installed a new one, and now it’s running good as new. I appreciate the technician being meticulous in his service and fixing the condenser unit before it completely went out! The technician was very thorough and explained everything! First time homeowners and we have an old oil furnace for our heating system. Called Bain to get a price check on how much it would cost to fill up our tank for the remainder of the winter months. Told the representative Mike to give it to me straight - how much do I 'actually' need. He didn't beat around the bush, and answered me honestly (which was lower than I had initially told him) based on my conversations with other oil companies that had a minimum of 250 gal to fill our tank. They are nice and good people who do all they can to meet the needs of other I will recommend to anyone if they need oil great job Bain Oil and I don't know the guy they send to my house but he's a wonderful and blessed guy thanks y'all for the help you give us have a wonderful and blessed and safe day
