“A year ago I wanted to install a new heat / air unit a family members home. I talk with several companies. Really wasn't impressed with any of them plus prices were quite high, some were ridiculous. My daughter told me to call Richard at Carolina Affordable. I called and he came out very shortly. He looked over the old unit. He said that it wasn't real efficient but did not push in anyway. He then said the unit was turned the wrong way and he would fix that. I ask for a quote and what he gave me was less than the others. He did everything that he said and a little more with a new vent cover. He is getting ready to replace my gas furnace and I am sure he will do what needs to be done. These folks are really good and fair, check them when you need something!!<br><br>Paul Holland”
