“Received great service from a tech who was courteous, professional, and willing to take the time to do a thorough assessment of our problem and answer all our questions. Wish I could remember his name but it was a very good experience.”
“I am so thrilled with this company. Not w the fact that a home I purchased had a dead Heat pump, but QRC moved mountains to inspect the old unit and get a customer service person to me within an hour. I was given a great explanation and a choice bt 5 different systems. With the cold weather coming in they will have a new system in within a week. Thank you Brian and Chase, you made a difficult situation feel not so dire.”
“Alan was exceptional, very knowledgeable and kind to my plumbing issue. Highly recommend.”
