Janson, Drake and Abram did a phenomenal job not only cleaning our ducts, but discovered a vent that was completely missing one side and pumping air conditioning into our attic. They promptly repaired the vent and provided us an efficient system.

We also purchased a maintenance plan from ACS and had the same team of professionals go over our system and make necessary changes due to the previous vent issue.

“We usually try to get Marshall Heating and Air out for our routine checks because they are pretty much the only group that we feel are honest with us about our systems… We recently we had issues with our Nest thermostat where it read indoor temp as 99 degrees and ran our A/C all night when it was 15 degrees outside ?…We ended up trashing the Nest and installed a new thermostat… Marshall came out the next morning and double checked our installation and made sure our unit wasn’t damaged and everything was functioning properly - at no charge! The communication, profesioninalsm, and quality of work through out the project was excellent. The project was completed on budget and much quicker then I expected.“
