We hired Sylvester Cockrum to complete a major update to our building HVAC system. They replaced two 80 ton systems from the 1960's with two new Daikan 120 ton package units. The communication, profesioninalsm, and quality of work through out the project was excellent. The project was completed on budget and much quicker then I expected.

I recently had two of Sylvester and Cockrum's plumbers repair our gas water heater. The water heater is located in a very difficult area to work on but they were able to repair it and also maneuver it so next time someone would be able to get to it more easily. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and had our hot water heater back up and running in no time!
