We were former customers of Piedmont Sheet Metal (PSM) who installed our HVAC system 5 years ago. PSM agreed to maintenance our HVAC system, and we had a cooling inspection scheduled in June. PSM abruptly cancelled our June cooling inspection and closed their business after we prepaid a maintenance contract. We had to immediately search for another HVAC company. We found All-Phase Heating & Cooling through an internet search and they have been an absolute answer to prayer. They set up a maintenance plan with us and immediately scheduled the cooling inspection for June.
