“We had never purchased carpet before, so we weren't sure what to expect. Jessica in the Cary showroom did an excellent job educating us about the many options we had to choose from. She took the time to learn our needs, explain the differences in products and answer all our many questions. She made us feel comfortable throughout the process and worked hard to help us get what we needed AND wanted.
Our installer was Pedro, and he was incredibly professional. He arrived on time, was so gentle with our furniture, walls and hardwoods as he went about his job. He explained the steps before he took them, and answered any questions we asked. He was focused on what he was doing and never rushed the job. The carpet looks fantastic! Pedro cleaned up as went, with a final cleanup that any homeowner would appreciate. He went above and beyond in so many ways. It isn't always comfortable to have a worker in our home, but we never felt that way with Pedro, we would welcome him back in the future.

With his guidance, we decided to refinish the existing wood floors, and extend the wood floors on the stairs to the second floor.
