“We called A1 floors to get a quote for carpet replacement in our rental, among a couple of other places. Of the places we called and received quotes from A1 stood out to us. Chris came out, he was very personable, insightful, and honest. We were able to get a close match to our builder grade carpet. They had us on the schedule pretty quickly which was ideal for us. The install crew was professional and hardworking. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work A1 floors had done for us. We will definitely use them in the future for our flooring needs.“

“We had a GREAT experience with Preferred Flooring & Tile. We worked with this company a few years ago on a laminate “wood” floor install for our bonus room that was flawless, we still love it. This time, we worked with Scott on a carpet install for our entire 2nd floor, and it was easy & efficient. From coming in and selecting our carpet color & pile (a process I dreaded, thinking it would be overwhelming) to scheduling delivery at our convenience around scheduled travel, etc., it was a good experience. In fact, he was probably the best person I've ever worked with on a home improvement project with respect to his responsiveness and customer service. “We wanted to replace 1500sq ft of flooring in our home. We contacted several companies to include Lee’s, USA Flooring, and Carolina in Home for quotes. While trying to find a floor color we found Verion Floors to look at samples. After meeting with Alex and finally finding a color we liked, we decided to select Verion to do the install. Alex was absolutely wonderful to deal with and, the pricing we got was several thousand less than the others. I will say, as I told Alex, I was excited but extremely nervous about the job because it was so large and I had concerns about the quality of work (lower price, and get what you pay for came to mind).

Alex put me at ease and told me not to worry. Emmanuel and his team started on Monday morning and completed the work by Sunday.

Absolutely a fantastic job! The team was extremely professional, did an excellent job. Always cleaned the work site every evening before they left. Did a great job taping off all the areas to reduce dust. Our stairs handrails came out great and they also replaced the 73 balusters.

We couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend Verion floors to anyone considering new floors. Note we had engineered hardwood removed (too dark, Espresso in color) and went with another engineered hardwood much lighter.“
