We are early in this stage of having our floors upgraded, in fact, not even installed yet. I just want to give a shout out to Johnathan Branch who was the flooring specialist we dealt with when making our decision to have our floors upgraded by Refloor. We are loving our new Refloor luxury vinyl plank floors! After years of carpet, our home has a new outlook on life :) Working with Josh at Refloor was a pleasure and he answered all of our questions. He called throughout the installation day making sure everything was going okay. We really appreciated the care taken to make sure we were happy. The installers, Herman and his assistant, Kevin, were the hardest workers I have ever seen! They were here early and got right to work, breaking only for lunch.
