“Bob and the crew at Footprints Floors are awesome. On time, fast, and clearly knew what they were doing which is rare enough in home projects to feel like a miracle. Seamlessly even though I managed my mothers project from across the country, her floors are fantastic. Thanks!!”
“I visited the home center for the first time and received excellent service from the staff. They truly care about their customers’ needs and go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.”
“The crew at 3rd generation were fantastic, Wender & Casio plus two additional crew members. We found the flooring we wanted online (Flooret) and discovered they were one of the few reps in the area. Everything was handled start to finish professionlly and they adjusted on fly when we asked for one additional space. They moved furniture with care to lay flooring throughout main level and basement, and gave us the transition-less install we wanted.
We had one mixup caused by the shipping company which they handled wonderfully by picking up flooring at drop shipper after a day delay in delivery. This delayed the start the morning of, however they were able to still complete it in the one day to meet our schedule for a gathtering the following day. We had many compliments on the flooring from visitors, loved the color and commenting on a clean install. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for additional flooring needs.”
