We started our conversations with David, the sales representative. David was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He worked with us closely and explained the wood types and help us choose the wood that is suitable for our home. Oscar Torres and his team executed the actual wood work in our home. We are extremely happy with our new vinyl plank flooring. Carolina in Home Flooring did an excellent job and did it all in one day. We were amazed at how professional they were and how quick they did the job. We could not ask for anything more.

Our salesperson was David Richter and he was helpful and answered all texts promptly, and sent many samples to view in our home. The floor is beautiful and while I was concerned I wouldn’t like the 7.5” width of the planks…I love it! It looks very updated now. Our installation crew with Oscar Torres arrived on time and worked solidly for two days. They were polite and efficient and cleaned up completely. We were impressed! There are many flooring stores, and we are pleased to have chosen Carolina In Home flooring.
