We wanted to replace 1500sq ft of flooring in our home. We contacted several companies to include Lee’s, USA Flooring, and Carolina in Home for quotes. While trying to find a floor color we found Verion Floors to look at samples. After meeting with Alex and finally finding a color we liked, we decided to select Verion to do the install. Alex was absolutely wonderful to deal with and, the pricing we got was several thousand less than the others. I will say, as I told Alex, I was excited but extremely nervous about the job because it was so large and I had concerns about the quality of work (lower price, and get what you pay for came to mind).

After trying to buy hardwood at Home Depot (they didn’t even try to help us??), we came here (November 2024). Alex was very kind and super helpful in matching the wood to our existing floors and we were able to buy wood that we then installed ourselves. The wood arrived quickly and in great condition. Definitely recommend this place over the big box stores.

In complete contrast to the other review here, our experience was completely wonderful. Alex was very professional, to both my wife and me, was highly responsive, and the price for our job was far less than we expected. Our project was the removal of carpet in two guest bedrooms, and replacement with engineered hardwoods consistent with the rest of the main level of our home. The installation crew arrived on time, took extreme measures to put down protective tarping and worked like crazy for the full day. The final product was nothing less than perfect, and the clean up after the crew was done was amazing. Based on our experience, we will definitely recommend Verion, and will use them again next time we need flooring!
