In a search for bathroom floor tile to match our existing shower tile Preferred Flooring was my 9th store. While there were some helpful people at other locations, Pat was extremely helpful and knowledgeable resulting in discussions and samples back and forth that will create an exquisite master bathroom and a rather unique family bathroom. I was very frustrated by the time I got there and Pat (and other staff) got me laughing and looking in new directions that have delighted me and my husband.
I’ve used the retail and installation services from Preferred Flooring for three projects over the last 1.5 Years. For my personal new construction home, they provided hardwood flooring on all living, kitchen, dining, bedroom and basement floors; marble and porcelain flooring in the bathrooms; custom tiling in the showers; and tile and stone backsplashes in the kitchens and kitchenettes. The result is stunning and the installation was flawless and completed on time. Following that positive experience with Preferred Flooring, I had them install luxury vinyl flooring (wood laminate) in an investment townhouse. I needed that job completed quickly before the tenant moved in, and Tricia and her team worked with me to make it happen. I also had Preferred Flooring install new bathroom floors in another townhome and the price, product and installation exceeded expectations there, as well. I plan to use Preferred Flooring for future investment properties and I highly recommend them.
