I worked with Sarah, the manager at the Glenwood Avenue USA Flooring store. I was looking for a carpet to have a custom rug made and she was amazing. Very patient and provided great customer service. She ordered several samples for me so that I could see larger pieces of carpets I was interested in. I highly recommend her and will happily work with her again for all of my flooring needs.
