We have used USA Flooring in Raleigh and in Durham NC for multiple projects. There hasn’t been a problem with any of them. The work has been beautifully done and in a timely manner. They just finished putting laminate in the downstairs and we couldn’t be happier with it. it feels very solid, and every detail was attended to. Marcus Veasey was my project manager and after a slow start (unexpected labor shortage due to ICE) the entire downstairs was done in just a few days. His follow through was certainly helpful in that instance! We don’t have any flooring left to do, but if we did I’d be headed right back to USA Flooring in Durham
