We had never purchased carpet before, so we weren't sure what to expect. Jessica in the Cary showroom did an excellent job educating us about the many options we had to choose from. She took the time to learn our needs, explain the differences in products and answer all our many questions. She made us feel comfortable throughout the process and worked hard to help us get what we needed AND wanted.

We are thrilled with the installation of our carpet. Pedro came and installed it yesterday. He is great at his job! He showed my husband & I some issues that we needed to have taken care of, from previous contract work we had done. . He went over & above with explaining everything. Took his time and was very precise. I would recommend him to anyone who is getting new flooring or rugs. He’s honest & puts a hard days work in! 😊

We would highly recommend Brentwood flooring to anyone. We had almost 1,000 sf of LVP installed. We worked with Sara Ann to pick it out and she was so helpful and patient! Marabella made scheduling easy. Then the install fun began with Sergio and Candy - they were great! They clearly have a talent for putting the flooring down and answered all of our questions along the way. Marshall even stopped out to make sure all was going according to plan. It was an exceptional experience from the beginning to the end.
