Our experience with Brentwood Flooring America in Raleigh was AWESOME !!! This is our third time using them in our house. This time was a re-carpeting of the entire house.From the start, meeting with the salesperson Holly Cole was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and professional and it took no time at all for her to find the carpet and padding that we loved. We brought in some paint samples and she quickly recommended several carpet samples. Holly was our interface throughout the ordering and installation process. Brentwood Flooring experience was great right from the start. Measurements, rip out, install and cleanup went very well and without incident. Do yourself a favor and use Brentwood you will not be disappointed

Brentwood Flooring exceeded our expectations. From the start, Danielle helped us narrow down our choice, and quickly scheduled an onsite visit for a quote. We found the whole Brentwood team to be honest and transparent with the cost and they did an excellent installation & were prompt with their follow-up services. The installers (Johnny & his associate) were professional, polite and highly skilled. After the install we found a minor/small stain in one area of the carpet. After calling, within minutes the production manager (Marshall) arrived at our door and cleaned the area perfectly. We highly recommend Brentwood Flooring for a stress-free experience.
