They are super responsive to questions and help with difficult choices like grout color. The store has the best options and the highest quality tile compared to other stores. They also sell the best tile working tools, like Rubi tools and Schluter Systems installing materials, which last a very long time. The staff has used the products they sell and can answer most questions. Orders have always been correct the first time, and the team is easy to work with for product follow up. Customers felt confident in their choices and were happy with the final results. The experience is quick and pleasant, making it a great place for both commercial and residential projects.
Britney was incredible - she took my mood board and budget ahead of the consultation and had exactly what I wanted ready in the showroom when I arrived. I was sold at first sight and didn’t even need to look at other options. She was incredibly helpful with the grout color choice as well (which is the most nerve-racking aspect for me). I felt confident in my choices when I left and am so happy with the final result in my sunroom.
Mosaic has been great to work with for our bathroom project. Kareem helped us so much and was super responsive to all of our questions! We shopped multiple places for tile and Mosaic had the best options and the highest quality tile of any of the stores we visited.
