“One of the reasons I chose Premier Flooring is because they have so many great reviews online. It only seems appropriate that I provide a review of my experience with them. I’m not quick to make decisions on expensive home renovation projects so I visited several stores and showrooms in the area and got several estimates. Their showroom is great with a wide selection of products, brands and styles and is open on Saturdays. Charles and Jose are friendly and easy to work with. They provided a detailed estimate and noticed important things that other companies did not mention or account for in their estimates like the kitchen floor is 1/4” higher than the rest of the house. I purchased LVP and carpet. The products arrived quickly. Both installers did a great job, paid attention to detail and took pride in their work. Admittedly, I’m picky and I’m also very satisfied with their work. I’m so happy with my new floors. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Based on my experience with Premier Flooring, it’s easy to see why they have so many five star reviews. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.“

This time was a re-carpeting of the entire house.From the start, meeting with the salesperson Holly Cole was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and professional and it took no time at all for her to find the carpet and padding that we loved. We brought in some paint samples and she quickly recommended several carpet samples. Holly was our interface throughout the ordering and installation process. It was a job very neatly done. Oscar was very professional in his approach. He was very detail-oriented and ensured his team delivered everything as promised. Every day, they would be on time, install the wood, do the clean up after and set clear expectations for the work to be done next day. “We had a great experience working with Mike and crew. Mike helped educate us so that we could decide on the right product for us (LPV). We replaced all flooring on our first floor and it looks amazing! Floor Covering International was the only company we interviewed (4 interviews) that guaranteed the flooring itself and also their installation. Alex and Pablo (installers) were very polite, respectful and extremely neat throughout the installation process. End of day, all areas were cleaned up so that we could function in our house. We would definitely recommend Mike and Floor Coverings International!“
