“My service with Logan was top notch. He was informative and thorough while performing a diagnostic of my air conditioning unit. He took the extra time to look at all options of improving my underperforming unit and explaining the details so I was in the know. I signed up for regular maintenance with him going forward. thanks again for your professional service Logan.”

“This is an update regarding today's (Dec 31st, 2025) service. Nathan came for a regular maintenance to HVAC system, and he went beyond. He smelled something when he was outside so he did bubble testing on gas line connecting to the house, it was leaking!! I called Piedmont Gas immediately, and a technician came over. He checked and repaired leaking pipeline... I couldn't be more grateful for Nathan's performance. Outstanding!!Thank you, Nathan!
Emerson did an excellent job to keep up the maintenance service for the HVAC system. He is knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend!”
