“This is an update regarding today's (Dec 31st, 2025) service. Nathan came for a regular maintenance to HVAC system, and he went beyond. He smelled something when he was outside so he did bubble testing on gas line connecting to the house, it was leaking!! I called Piedmont Gas immediately, and a technician came over. He checked and repaired leaking pipeline... I couldn't be more grateful for Nathan's performance. “I had a shower leak and was lucky enough to have Brenden as my technician . He responded very quickly, was very friendly explained everything he was going to do and was very thorough . About an hour after the leak started I heard a gush of water, which may have cleared the clogged drain, Brenden still spent time checking everything and made sure the immediate issue was solved before he left. He advised me what to look for and call him and he would come back. I highly recommend Brenden and will request him in the future.”

“Came right on time, very friendly installer. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a 1st class plumber.<br>My only complaint is that I was having my kitchen faucet replaced. Because it was a Moen faucet, it had a lifetime warranty, Moen sent me a high end kitchen faucet at no charge. All that was needed was to have it installed. Since I did not want to void any future warranty from Moen I had Best Rate, a professional plumbing company, do the install. It took them about 20-30 minutes to remove the leaking original faucet & replace it with the new one that had been furnished by Moen. I was charged $300 for this. I realize the professional plumbing companies have a lot of overhead but at $300 per half hour that equates to $600 an hour. Maybe I should have been a plumber instead of a sales rep. At any rate, my only complaint is the high cost to make a simple swap out.”
