I don’t like taking time to leave reviews unless it is worth it to help others. Carolina air team Freddy is honest, knowledgeable and very professional. Today he came out to take a look at my HVAC unit which was not operating properly. I knew what the problem was as I spoke to an HVAC relative prior to calling Carolina Air Team. I said nothing to Freddy about what I already knew and his assessment was spot on. Freddy did not try to up charge me or sell me anything additional that I didn’t need as other companies have tried to do.
