“We had a great first experience with O'Brien Service Company. We called for a commercial AC inop issue on a used Bard unit we had purchased and installed ourselves. Where most companies wanted nothing to do with this type of service call, O'Brien was on location less than a few business hours and the technician was friendly and fully confident in working on our system. He was able to quickly find the issue and replaced the part right away. Now we have cold AC and at a minimal cost to get us back up and running. Thank you!“

“Place was great. Unload appointment was 8:00am, arrived a little early, was put right to the loading dock and they got me unloaded quickly. Easy to get in and out and plenty of room to back up to dock. This is not a 24/7 warehouse, so if you have a first in the morning appointment and will be here in the middle of the night, there's room to park and sit. But only recommend doing that if you're an 8am appointment because the place isn't huge.“
