I'm proud and embrace my Irish heritage which includes fair, tough and, honest negotiations. What is best described as good old fashion horse trading. Yes, history might reflect downright horse stealing at times but that’s another story.
However, it doesn't hurt when trust is an intricate part of the equation especially when talking a new HVAC system.
