I called yesterday afternoon with a leak from my irrigation backflow preventer. Bluewater was prompt in getting to me today within the scheduled time. John kept me informed throughout the repair process. Bluewater remains exceptional to deal with from the initial phone call through explanation of services rendered and payment. I couldn't ask for a better customer experience!
